Retired Baltimore County Police Officer, 39 years of service. Worked for the Baltimore Sun, Sunday Sun, the Baltimore News American (a Hearst Publication), wrote screenplay of Hollywood motion picture "Misfit Patrol." Also wrote and produced traffic safety videos, wrote and produce traffic safety spots. Won national award from the International Association of Chiefs of Police for writing a 14 volume traffic safety program. Won Chief's award for rewriting rules and regulations on traffic procedures.
