Response from Mr. Kamenetz to my PIA reference who's coming to the Government Center

This is the wording of my PIA regarding Merrit Pavilion:

In addition I am requesting documents to include any and all correspondence and press releases between Baltimore County and the developers of the proposed Merrit Pavilion at the government center, regarding the following businesses: Chipotle, Panera and Five Guys.

You will notice there is not one document concerning Vanguard and any contact with the above listed businesses.

When asked to produce documents at the last public meeting held at the Dundalk High School, Mr. Weinberg declined to answer.

I think that was a good on Mr. Weinberg's part because they ain't there.
